$200 for the two hours
1 hour of dance instruction and activities
*Ages 4+, 30 minutes for ages 4 and younger
1 hour of time for celebration
$100 deposit required to hold date, due upon finalization of date party

Up to 10 dancers
$10 per additional student

PacWest will provide studio, instructor, music, tables, and chairs

How do I make my payment?
Payments can be made to the front desk of either PacWest location in person or via phone using a credit card, or in person using cash or check made out to “PacWest”.
Which location will my party take place at?
Your party will take place in Studio 1 at our Lake Stevens location.

I need to change the date of my party! Help!
Date changes can be made via the front desk of either location, by the person who requested the party, no later than one week before the party’s original date. Date changes will be seen as requests and may not be able to be accommodated based on other PacWest events.
Date changes will not be available within the week leading up to the party. See our cancellation policy below.
I need to CANCEL my party! Help!
Cancellations can be made via the front desk of either location, by the person who requested the party, no later than one week before the party’s original date. Your deposit and fee (totaling $200) is refundable only under the circumstance the party is cancelled earlier than one week before the date of the party.
Cancellations within the week leading up to the date of the party are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Deposit and party fee is non-refundable under the circumstance of a delayed cancellation.
Refund circumstances not detailed in FAQ/Policies are at the sole discretion of the Studio Director.
One of the dancers forgot their waiver. What now?
Unfortunately, unless their parent or guardian is present to fill out a waiver or is able to bring it in, they will not be able to participate in the class portion of the party. This is to protect PacWest as well as all of our PacWest families and guests! They will still be able to participate in all other party celebration, just won’t be able to take part in the dance portion.

Once Date is Finalized and Deposit is Received -
You will receive a packet including details of your party, and waivers for each attending dancer.
All dancers MUST have waiver filled out and signed by a parent or guardian to participate in dance activities.
*If a dancer arrives and does not have a signed waiver, they will not be able to participate in the class portion of the party. This is to protect PacWest as well as all of our PacWest families and guests!
The remaining $100 (the full payment of $200) will be due one week before the date of your party. The deposit will have been due upon the finalization of your party date.
You will receive a confirmation call a few days before your party, just to make sure we’re all set!
